  • I am learning self-regulation techniques of the nervous system

  • I develop self-awareness

  • discharge physical and mental tensions

  • I train breathing

  • I strengthen the body and soul

The connection of body, mind and psyche is a common experience and supported by modern research and literature. The body stores mental and psycho-emotional tensions and experiences and needs discharge as well as strengthening . And, just as the psyche affects the body, so the body can affect the psyche.

In our individual or group sessions, participants use the body, the first and most immediate level of awareness, as a starting point for developing self-awareness and self-regulation.

This program is addressed to people who are already in a psychotherapeutic context and wish to include the body in the therapeutic process or to those who wish to influence the psyche through the physical way.

Just as the body needs exercise to maintain its health and stamina, so does the brain. The practices of meditation are the exercise of the brain. Knowing, now, that the majority of diseases are due to accumulated stress, unloading the body and nervous system is key to physical and mental health.

The body has the ability to constantly and from the inside feel what is happening to it. Usually , we feel the body when it is already struggling. In our group and individual sessions, we train the brain and mind to be in a constant dialogue with the body. By developing body awareness, we can more directly perceive the effects of stress on the body and mind so that we can manage them more directly and avoid their accumulation.

The result is a strengthened and resilient nervous system and a quiet and creative mind.
