The connection of body, mind and psyche is a common experience and supported by modern research and literature. The body stores mental and psycho-emotional tensions and experiences and needs discharge as well as strengthening . And, just as the psyche affects the body, so the body can affect the psyche.

In our individual or group sessions, participants use the body, the first and most immediate level of awareness, as a starting point for developing self-awareness and self-regulation.

This program is addressed both to people who are already in a psychotherapeutic context and wish to include the body in the therapeutic process or to those who wish to influence the psyche through the physical way.

Just as the body needs exercise to maintain health and resilience, so does the brain.


Meditation practices are the exercise of the brain. Knowing now that the majority of illnesses are linked to accumulated stress, releasing the body and the nervous system becomes key to physical and mental health.

The body has the innate ability to sense, from within, what is happening at any given moment. Yet, we usually notice it only when it is already struggling. In our individual and group sessions, we train the brain and the mind to remain in an ongoing dialogue with the body.

By cultivating body awareness, we can perceive more immediately the effects of stress on both body and mind, manage them earlier, and prevent their accumulation.

The result is a strengthened and resilient nervous system — and a calmer, more creative mind.
