Emotion In Motion Sessions are an inspiration that
it arose from long study, practice and experience
on meditation, yoga and systemic psychotherapy.
The scientifically sound view that the body, mind,
brain and psyche are interrelated and interdependent identified with experience and assimilated
in teaching practice.
Emotions are manifested and stored in the body.
Many of the discomforts we feel in our bodies
(difficulty breathing, heaviness in the stomach, constipation, dyskinesia, lower back pain, etc.) are due to suppressed
or unconscious feelings.
In our group or individual sessions, we will learn ways
to recognize them, to reconcile with them,
to manage them and discharge the body.
Knowledge in psychoeducational matters
and neuroscience is combined with the long
and deep tradition of yoga and meditation,
promoting self-awareness and strengthening self-compassion.
